    Eight Twelve Consulting

    As a Junior Systems Administrator at Eight Twelve Consulting, I provided Tier 2 technical support specializing in AWS troubleshooting and infrastructure management. My role involved debugging application errors, resolving connectivity issues, and analyzing system logs to identify root causes. I managed AWS services ensuring optimal performance and security. Common cases included S3 access issues, IAM misconfigurations, and AWS Lambda execution failures, where I conducted in-depth investigations to resolve system inefficiencies. I help optimized workflows and maintained system reliability in cloud environments.
